Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using TokenWise, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

When you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA by describing TokenWise features, third-party services, and use rules; they do not replace applicable provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA.

2. The service

TokenWise can help you:

• Connect supported third-party AI service accounts you already have;
• Read and consolidate current quota, balance, plan, and reset-time information;
• Display relevant status through widgets, notifications, and Live Activities; and
• Provide guidance that opens official third-party pages for configuration.

Unless expressly stated in the App, TokenWise does not retain historical usage trends, provide financial or billing audits, send messages on your behalf, generate content, or make model requests.

3. License and intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TokenWise personally on Apple devices you own or control. The App’s software, interface, copy, and brand elements belong to their respective owners.

Claude, Codex, GLM, DeepSeek, MiniMax, OpenRouter, Moonshot, Kimi, Apple, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. TokenWise is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially partnered with those third parties unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Third-party accounts and credentials

• You may connect only accounts and credentials that you own, control, or are legally authorized to use.
• You must comply with each third-party service’s terms, usage rules, regional restrictions, and security requirements.
• You are responsible for protecting your device, access tokens, and API keys, and for promptly revoking or rotating credentials you believe may be compromised.
• A third party may restrict, suspend, or prohibit access by unofficial clients. Using TokenWise does not change your legal relationship with any third party.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use TokenWise for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized access to another person’s account;
• Circumvent a third party’s access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the App, third-party services, or related infrastructure;
• Copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• Misrepresent TokenWise’s origin, official status, or relationship with a third party.

6. Pro purchases, restoration, and refunds

TokenWise Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment, taxes, Family Sharing where applicable, purchase restoration, and refunds under its Media Services Terms. You can use “Restore Purchases” in the App or request a refund through Apple’s channels.

“Lifetime” or “one-time purchase” means that no recurring subscription fee is charged for the same Pro product. It is not a promise that third-party APIs, specific features, operating-system compatibility, or the App itself will remain available indefinitely. We will maintain purchased functionality within reasonable limits and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Third-party data and availability

TokenWise depends on third-party interfaces and Apple system capabilities. A third party may change its sign-in flow, response format, API, quota rules, or access policy at any time. Data may therefore be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or inconsistent with an official third-party page. Background refresh, notifications, and Live Activities are also subject to iOS scheduling, battery, network, and system settings and are not guaranteed to be real-time.

Information displayed by TokenWise is for general reference. Before making a purchase, topping up an account, changing a plan, or making an important work decision, check the relevant third party’s official page and billing records.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokenWise is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, continuous availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain statutory warranties, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the TokenWise developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the App, interruption of a third-party service, inaccurate data, expired credentials, or account action. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete TokenWise at any time. If you materially violate these Terms, we may terminate your license where permitted by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain effective.

11. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features to respond to third-party interfaces, Apple platform rules, security requirements, or product development. We may also update these Terms and will show the latest revision date on this page. When reasonable, we will announce material changes through release notes or an in-app notice.

12. General

These Terms are governed by applicable law without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the law of your place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to immediately enforce a right is not a waiver. If the Chinese and English versions differ in interpretation, the Chinese version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
